Indu has developed models for Dubai Quality Award for Representative Entities (DQA-RE) Award and the UAE Health Award, as well as trained Assessors and Applicants on both models.​
She has facilitated Stakeholder Perception Surveys, Focus Groups, Strategy Development with Balanced Scorecard Implementation, Performance Management Setup, Quality Circles, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), etc. for various organizations.​
Indu has enabled 30+ organizations to win 60+ awards, with 98%+ success rate. She is the innovator and custodian of the EBM Benchmarking Partners’ Program - the first ever and only business benchmarking repository in the region.
